Refunds are NEVER issued in response to Paypal disputes
A support ticket is the only means for requesting a refund!

If you need to log a ticket, provide complete purchase details (including product name - and your JVZoo purchase details)
and ask a complete question with your request.

Be patient in waiting for your response. We work our own support desk, and yes, we do take weekends off.
